Spotahome's opinion
This 3rd floor 1-bedroom apartment is in a modern building with an elevator. Inside you’ll find a bright space with tile floors. All rooms are accessible from the small entrance vestibule. The bedroom is spacious with a huge built-in wardrobe, A/C and heating. Across the hall is the bathroom, which is also roomy, bright and has a shower cabinet, as well as a washing machine. The kitchen, which is fully equipped and furnished with a foldable table and 2 stools, has access to a cute little balcony. There is a larger balcony off of the living room. The living area has a modern minimalist style and is furnished with a lovely sofa bed with a chaise to stretch out your legs while watching the flat screen TV.
Stadera is directly south of the city center. On a nice day you could walk downtown if you aren’t in a rush. Otherwise, it’s a quick 20-minute Metro ride. Your new home is in a fairly residential part of the neighborhood. Sightseeing opportunities aren’t as numerous as they are closer to the city core, but there are a few fun things to do nearby. The Teatro Ringhiera is only 6 minutes away, and you can walk to the local bowling alley within 15 minutes. There are also a couple of pizzerias and restaurants within walking distance. If you need to pick up a few grocery items, there is a store located 1 minute away. And for bigger shops you can head over to the Lidl supermarket. It’s just an 8-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The furnishings are minimalistic, but as comfortable as they are stylish.
- The apartment has air-conditioning, and there are 2 quiet balconies.
- Bocconi University and IULM, which is the Free University of Language and Communication, are both roughly 30 minutes away on foot.
- You’ll find a gym and a sports center within a 15-minute walk.
