This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is for rent on Via Pietro Pomponazzi in Navigli. With a generous 80 m² footprint, this house has an upstairs bedroom with double bed and shelving, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV.
There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, as well as a few restaurants and cafes. The Libera Universita di Lingue e Comunicazione and Bocconi University are both within a 20-minute walk as well. Resistance Park is also nearby, and is a great space for relaxing or getting some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The living room opens on to a beautiful terrace, which is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.
- The house is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too much time cleaning up.
- There is AC in some rooms to keep you cool year round.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no parking available at this house.
