The property is sunny and has a spacious living room, where you can finish work at the desk, or relax on 1 of the sofas with family or guests. The enormous kitchen is modern and has everything you could want, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a breakfast nook, and more counter space and storage than you could dream of. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is ensuite. The shared bathroom has a gorgeous bathtub and lovely, colorful tiling.

Calvairate is a quiet, residential neighborhood just to the east of the Milan city center. Around the apartment, you will find the large Emilio Alessandrini Park, as well as many restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars. There are also plenty of bus and tram stops nearby the property.
