This 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment with beautiful wooden flooring is available for rent in Brera, Milan. There is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for up to 4 people, and a small flat-screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and also has a microwave, an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine on the property. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 standalone wardrobes (1 large and 1 small), an armchair, and a window which lets in lots of natural light and fresh air.
Here you'll find plenty of restaurants, and there's an art museum on the same road too! One block over you'll find a movie theatre, and nearby there's a supermarket and a pharmacy, as well as a sports complex.
What we liked the most
- We loved the wooden floors throughout the apartment!
- The wardrobes will provide you with lots of space for your clothes.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher.
- Parking is available if needed.
