This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Bovisa, Milan. It has a beautiful little terrace on which smoking is allowed, and pets are permitted throughout the property. The living room/ kitchen has a sofa which converts into a bed, and there is a flat-screen television. There is a dining area which can seat 4 and the kitchen is fully equipped. You will also have access to a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet, as well as storage space. The main bedroom is even larger than the living room! It has a double bed with 2 nightstands and 3 standalone wardrobes - plenty of space for all of your clothes! It also has A/C and heating, making it perfect for all seasons.
The local area has several parks and a large library, which is ideal for students at the Politecnico di Milano. Not only that, fans of sleeping in late will be pleased to know the apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the Politecnico di Milano's Bovisa campus. There is also a sports centre and a music school within a few minutes of the property. If you're a fan of exploring, you can take the bus, tram, or metro to other parts of Milan.
What we liked the most
- The main bedroom is really big!
- Pets are allowed in the apartment.
- There's a pretty little terrace, accessible through the living room.
- You'll be really close to the Politecnico de Milano Bovisa campus.
