This is a cosy 1-bedroom apartment. In the open-concept living room and kitchen area, you will find a dining table and 3 chairs. Plenty of light fills this space through the large glass door that leads to the balcony. There is an even larger second balcony off of the bedroom, with a view of the community area below.
This apartment is in a nice location. You can walk to the Park Giuseppe "Pippo" Saporito in just 3 minutes. If you feel like enjoying even more of the outdoors, you can walk just a bit further and in 7 minutes reach the Parco Teramo, with walking paths, a lake and a river. From this apartment, you can reach downtown Milan in just 45 minutes with the tram line 2, which will drop you off very close to the Royal Palace of Milan.
What we liked the most
- You will love waking up and having a private balcony right off of your bedroom.
- The close proximity to beautiful, green parks is a luxury when living in a city.
- This apartment receives plenty of refreshing, natural sunlight.
