This one-bedroom apartment to rent on Viale Certosa is on the fifth floor, but don’t worry, because there is an elevator. If an apartment could be described as fun, this would be it. All the furnishings are modern and stylish, but there are colorful splashes, like red chairs at the dining table in the equipped kitchen, jazzy door panels on the cabinet in the living space, a vibrant quilt hanging on the wall above the double bed, and touches of yellow in the spacious bathroom. You’ll feel right at ease in the apartment, and even outside the apartment as you sip a coffee or glass of wine on the balcony just off of the open-concept living areas.
Although Villapizzone has a rich history, it wasn’t until after WW2 that it transformed from a rural setting into a residential one. The train station has since made it an even more popular neighborhood filled with Milanese locals. You’ll find a number of interesting little cafés in your neck of the woods, but with a 5-minute stroll you’ll find the library, trendy stores and the Piazza Portello Shopping Mall, which has a hypermarket. The Centro Pavesi sports complex is just 12 minutes away, and here you’ll find a range of activities, from tennis to futsal and even beach volleyball.
