This 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Villapizzone area of Milan. The accomodation has been recently renovated with a fully equipped new kitchen, a spacious bathroom and beautiful parquet flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything you could want, with a gas stove and all new appliances. There is a dining table where you can entertain your friends. The bedroom is stylishly decorated and features a large double bed and plenty of storage.
The apartment is located on Via Marcantonio, close to all amenities and public transport options. Viale Certosa is just around the corner, and there you'll find lots of shops. There's a Carrefour supermarket just 2 minutes away on Viale Carlo Espinasse, and if you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a great bakery, Pasticceria Campaiola Egidio, right on your corner!
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has been renovated to a high standard - ideal for perfecting those Italian dishes.
- The bedroom has a lot of storage so you won't have to worry about bringing too much stuff.
- The location couldn't be better, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby.
- Politecnico di Milano is only a 20-minute walk away.
