This is an incredible 3-bedroom apartment with spacious 200 m² L-shaped terrace on two sides. It features ample shared space with a spacious living room featuring wall-to-ceiling windows and doors on three sides looking out over the terrace and city. There are three closets to give plenty of storage space plus two shared bathrooms.
The apartment is about 4kms north of central Milan and next to the impressive Parco Trotter full of trees and walkways. Just 130m at the end of the street is the Viale Monza leading to the SP11 Milan ringroad. This neighbourhood has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants while the Monza municipal market is a 5-minute walk.
Things to keep in mind
- The closest pay parking garage is located in Via Roggia Scagna (200m).
