A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with a big balcony is available to rent nearby a metro station in Loreto, Milan. The property is bright and spacious, and it has a big living room with a sofa-bed, bookshelf, a dining table and TV for you to enjoy. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is modern and has everything you might need, including a microwave oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, and lots of storage space. The bathroom is modern and has a gorgeous, wooden sink area. The apartment also has a washing machine.
Loreto is a well-connected, central neighborhood just to the northeast of the Milan city center. Home to the Trotter Park, Loreto is also located nearby the Citta Studi and the Politecnico di Milano.
