The 100 m ² property is bright and large, and it has a gorgeos open-plan kitchen and living room with a sofa and a TV. The kitchen, which has all stainless steel appliances, is equipped with a vintage fridge, a gas stove, a bar area, and a dining area. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 per each bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous terrace with a table and chairs.
Ortica is a quiet, residential area nearby the Città Studi. Well-connected by tram, Ortica also has plenty of parks, restaurants, bars, and shops.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has gorgeous stainless steel appliances.
- The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a beautiful, sunny terrace with a seating area to enjoy.
- There are bunk beds in 1 bedroom. Perfect for children or students!
- The apartment is less than 20 minutes from the Politecnico di Milano and the Città Studi.
- The condominium in which the apartment is located is huge, and it has a brewery, a bar, and some commercial areas inside.
Things to keep in mind
- Although located on the ground floor, there are steps between the apartment and the street.
- The AC is only on the first floor of the apartment (bedroom 2).
