A spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a gorgeous terrace is available to rent just next to a metro station in Viale Monza, Milan. The property is sunny, and it has a large, open-kitchen-and-living room with a sofa, lots of storage space, and access to the gorgeous, large terrace. The kitchen has everything you might want, including an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a cool bar area where you can sit and enjoy meals. There is a washing machine in the property.
Viale Monza is a quiet, residential neighborhood to the northeast of the Milan city center. Well-connected by public transportation, Viale Monza also has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes for locals to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is gorgeous.
- The bedroom has a huge built-in wardrobe.
- The kitchen has a cool bar area.
- A metro station is (literally) 2 minutes away from the apartment!
