There is a recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in a beautiful historical building in the Porta Romana area. The apartment has a large living room that opens up onto a small balcony. There is also a modern kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
The apartment is located in an ideal location for students, near Bocconi University and the IULM campus. On a quiet street, you have a peaceful environment with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. You are also minutes to the beautiful Ravizza Park.
What we liked the most
- The building has a communal terrace with an area of 100 m².
- The apartment is colourful, cool, and unique.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have mezzanine levels, making them much larger.
- The location is perfect for students – Università Bocconi is mere moments away!
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 3 is on a mezzanine level, open to the living room, so does not have much privacy.
