This 97 m², 1-bedroom apartment with street view in Wagner has a living area with 2 large sofas, an equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with double bed. The apartment is very modern and stylish, with an exceptionally spacious living room and wooden floors throughout. There are also 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms.
This apartment is situated on Corso Vercelli, very close to public transport. The property is in a newly developed area with many new houses and buildings. You will be living about 25 minutes from Sempione Park - great for those days when you want to go for a walk! Wagner is commercially oriented, close to Milan’s city centre and has all the benefits of a residential area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bathed in natural light from the French doors in the living area.
- The bedroom has 2 large walk-in wardrobes.
- The sofas con be converted into queen sized beds.
- The kitchen includes a large sink and a modern induction stove top.
- The apartment has beautiful wooden floors and is removed from the noise of the street.
Things to keep in mind
- Bathroom 1 is quite narrow, but bathroom 2 is spacious.
