This newly renovated, bright and modern, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is a spacious and well finished, and would make a fantastic home for a small family or professional couple. The apartment is on the 6th floor, boasting lovely views of the gardens and rooftops nearby. There is a very large living area connected to the nicely finished kitchen, complete with all the cooking utensils you will need to start living here as soon as you move in. Each bedroom is spacious, and although bedroom 1 does not have a balcony, it has French windows that open to great views. The 2 bathrooms are modern and new, with stylish fittings.
Although the suburb is quite a distance from the city centre, travel into Milan will not be a problem, with the nearest metro station just a 4-minute walk away. The immediate area is primarily residential, but you will find all you need for day-to-day life easily nearby, with a few local shops, and plenty of bars and restaurants on nearby streets. There is also a Coop grocery store less than 10-minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- You will have 1 bathroom per bedroom - no more fights over the shower in the morning!
- The whole apartment is modern and stylish, complete with new fittings and furnishings.
- From the 6th floor balconies you have great views across the nearby gardens and rooftops.
- Transport options to the centre of Milan are fast, with the metro station only a few minutes' walk away.
