A fashionable 110m² 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent in peaceful Famagosta/Barona in the south-west of Milan. The apartment is both elegant and well-equipped and feels modern and newly renovated. It also has two balconies that provide extra outdoor space to be enjoyed during the summer. It is located in a private and residential area, and in the common areas of the building, you will find a private swimming pool and tennis courts where you can have a really good time.
The area of Famagosta/Barona was previously a rural settlement but is now modernised and has all the necessary amenities and facilities to make it a convenient location for anyone to live. The property is located close to Teramo park which is ideal for relaxing in the sun or a morning jog.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is ideal for a quick breath of fresh air without leaving the comfort of the apartment.
- AC will be a welcome addition during the summer.
- The enormous flat-screen TV is perfect for unwinding with a movie after a long day at work.
- The dryer and dishwasher are both luxuries that will make your life easier.
- Access to a swimming pool and tennis courts makes this a unique home: both will be brilliant fun during the summer.
- This area is ideal for those looking for tranquility outside of the city-centre but easy access to it when they wish.
