This 70m2, 1-bedroom apartment for rent is very elegantly decorated and equipped with many modern amenities. There is an open-plan living room and kitchen, separated by a large bar table with chairs. The apartment has a small laundry room, 1 full bathroom, and a lot of built-in storage space.
Located in the Magenta–San Vittore neighbourhood, the apartment is well connected to the city centre by public transport. Closer to home, you will find many shops, cafés, and restaurants with authentic Italian cuisine.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has colourful furniture, walls, and modern amenities.
- The kitchen is has an electric stove top, oven, and dishwasher.
- There are multiple built-in wardrobes in the corridors, which provide lots of extra storage space.
- There is a small laundry room that comes with a sink, washing machine and dryer, and strings to hang up your clothes.
- The bathroom is renovated and has a bathtub with jets.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator, but the apartment is only on the 1st floor.
- The balcony is not big enough to be furnished.
