This modern 1-bedroom apartment is very stylish, and has an area of 66 sqm. One of the best features of this flat is the spacious balcony with lovely views over the quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has 1 bathroom and a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
This flat's location in the neighbourhood of Lorenteggio is ideal for those wanting to live in a residential area away from the city centre but close to public transport for an easy commute. Milano San Cristoforo station is 10 minutes away, providing access to tram, bus and train services taking you all over Milan.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very elegant and is equipped with modern furniture and appliances.
- The living area and bedroom are very bright, opening out onto the balcony.
- There is a large built-in wardrobe in the living area.
- The apartment faces away from the street, making it very silent.
- You will find public transport nearby, or there is motorbike parking available in the building for those preferring that means of travel.
Things to keep in mind
- A table with a television not shown in the video and photos will be included in the living room.
- The bedroom will also be equipped with a desk and a chair.
- The table in the kitchen will be replaced with a round table with 4 chairs.
- A/C will be installed. Perfect for the summer!
