This studio apartment on Calle de Arganzuela, in La Latina is fully furnished and has a lovely little balcony. For a studio, there is plenty of space, with a generous living room and a semi-independent sleeping area. The property has a modern equipped kitchen, and a tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in La Latina, a happening central spot, right in the heart of Madrid. From here you'll be able to explore much of this magical city on foot, and there are shops, restaurants, and bars galore close by. The Metro is handy too if you need to go further afield.
