This stylish studio apartment is for rent on Calle de Emilio Vargas in the area of Ciudad Lineal. It comes fully furnished and has plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living area is bright and there is a working area with a nice desk. The bathroom is functional, and the single sofa-bed ensures a comfortable nights rest!
This apartment is located close to amenities such as the supermarket, as well as several bus terminals and the Metro. It is surrounded by various restaurants and cafes, and for architecture and history lovers, the Parroquia San Juan Bautista is just around the corner!
What we liked the most
- This apartment comes with heating to keep you cosy throughout the winter.
- While it is on the 6th floor, there is an elevator available.
- You can enjoy the TV from the comfort of the couch.
