This studio apartment on Calle Fernando el Católico, in Moncloa is fully furnished and has a stylish equipped kitchen. The 41 m² property is in excellent condition and has lovely polished wooden floors, and a modern decor. The double bed is in a semi-independent space, and there is 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in Moncloa, an ideal spot for a student. This trendy neighbourhood is student central, and is within easy reach of many of Madrid's main university campuses. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars close by, as well as public transport to get you around the city.
What we liked the most
- There is central air conditioning, essential during the hot summer months.
- Moncloa is home to several university campuses, including the Complutense de Madrid and Politécnica de Madrid.
- The apartment has nice polished wooden floors, stylish furnishings, and a modern decor.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the ground floor but has a large window with a beautiful green courtyard view that lets in plenty of natural light.
- The heating system is central only in the bathroom. The rest of the property has electric heating.
