This studio apartment for rent on Calle de Toledo, La Latina, is a well-decorated apartment in a fantastic area. This 40 m² offers a spacious living area and kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, terrace, and a sleeping area with a double bed on a mezzanine level.
Located in La Latina, a neighbourhood right in the heart of Madrid, this apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. It's the perfect location to experience everything Madrid has to offer, with several Basilicas, churches and beautiful landmarks within a short walk.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
- The living area has a large sofa and a table and chairs.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.
- The terrace can be accessed from the bedroom, and has a great view of the surrounding buildings.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet off the living area.
- The surrounding area is packed full of restaurants and shops, all within an easy walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 4th floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator, meaning you will need to take the stairs.
