This modern studio apartment with 1-bathroom is for rent on Calle Relatores in Centro. With a generous 40 m² footprint, which includes a double bed, kitchen with an oven and full-sized refrigerator as well as a tidy living area, this apartment has everything you need to move right in.
The San Miguel Market is around a 10-minute walk away, as is the San Fernando Market, and there is a supermaket just around the corner. St. Michael's Basilica, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Jacinto Benavente are all within walking distance as well.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living area is a great space to relax, and has a small terrace.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is well-equipped with a shower, sink and toilet as well as a large well-lit mirror.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- This apartment's only window is in the living area.
