This contemporary studio apartment with 2 bathrooms is for rent on Calle de la Bolsa in Centro. The double bed and wardrobe is upstairs, while the open-plan kitchen and living room downstairs is well-equipped with an oven, microwave as well as a sofa and TV.
There is a supermarket only a 5-minute walk away, and Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market are both within a 10-minute walk. The Royal Palace of Madrid and the Catedral de la Almudena are both nearby as well.
What we liked the most
- The large living area is a great place to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The apartment has wooden floors and a stunning, neutral decor throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is only accessible through a set of stairs.
