Spotahome's opinion
This bright studio apartment on Calle Toledo, in Centro, is very cozy and opens out onto a balcony. The 45 m² property has a tiled bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. There is currently only a single bed with a mattress underneath, but the landlady can provide a double bed if required.
This apartment's location is hard to beat, just steps from the Plaza Mayor, and a 7-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Lively Plaza Tirso de Molina is also a short walk away, and is home to a Metro staton and several lovely bars and restaurants with outdoor seating.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located close the best the city has to offer.
- There are lovely wooden floors.
- There is good storage space for your personal items.
- The bathroom has 2 heated towel racks and a bathtub.
- You can see the Plaza Mayor from your balcony!
- The kitchen is well equipped, including an oven.
- Plaza de Oriente, the Royal Palace, and the Gran Via are within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has a single bed with a mattress underneath for guests, but the landlady can provide a double bed.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- There was no television in the apartment at the time of our visit, but the landlady is playing to install one.
