This stylish studio apartment on Cuesta de Santo Domingo, in Centro, is beautifully decorated and well equipped to accommodate a single person or a couple. The 40 m² property is interior and comes furnished with a double bed, sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV. There is also a modern shower, separate toilet room, and kitchen with all the essentials.
From this excellent central location you will be able to walk to Opera, the Sabatini Gardens, and the Royal Palace in just 5 minutes. Puerta del Sol is 8 minutes away, and you will find endless tapas bars, restaurants and shops to explore within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a funky lighting system which can be controlled using an app on your phone.
- The kitchen has soft close cabinets and a dishwasher.
- There are 2 windows which overlook an interior patio, making the apartment quiet.
- The bed is equipped with a top-of-the-range mattress.

- The apartment's location is hard to beat!
- The Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, and Parque el Oeste are located nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is furnished with top quality, expensive furnishings, so tenants are required to take extra care.
