This modern studio apartment on Calle Villanueva, in Recoletos, comes fully furnished and equipped with AC. The 25 m² property is furnished with a double bed and has 1 bathroom and a basic but fully functional kitchen.
The apartment enjoys a fantastic location, only 1 minute from Recoletos train station and close to Puerta de Alcalá. Beautiful Retiro Park is a 5-minute walk away, and you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes to explore nearby.
What we liked the most
- The main room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
- There is extra storage space under the double bed.
- The bathroom is tiled and has a small bathtub.
- There are several museums and art galleries to explore in the area.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven or dishwasher, but it is otherwise well equipped.
- There is no washing machine in the apartment, but you can access one in a common laundry room.
