This studio apartment available to rent on Calle de San Mateo is stylish and spacious with beautiful wood floors. You’ll enter the space through the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine. There is a low open wall separating the kitchen from the rest of the open-plan space. The bathroom has tiled floors and is spacious, and the living area is furnished with a large sofa and TV, a 2-seat dining table and a double bed. You’ll get lots of light into the apartment through 2 gorgeous French balconies.
If you’re a fan of music, theater and the arts, the LGBT-friendly Chueca neighborhood will be a little slice of paradise. You’re surrounded by a variety of venues, so on any given day of the week, you can be entertained. Barceló Theatre is just a 5-minute walk and the Bogui Jazz Concert Hall is only 6 minutes away. You’re right across the street from the National Museum of Romanticism, but there are plenty of other museums and galleries for you to uncover. There are also tons of great tapas bars and restaurants, and the closest super market is just a 3-minute walk away. You're also only a few steps from the popular Macera bar which serves delicious infusions made in-house.
