This 35 m² studio apartment on Avenida Valladolid, Principe Pio, is fully furnished with heating and AC. You can enjoy the flat screen television from the comfort of your sofa, and enjoy a meal with friends at the dining room table.
This apartment is located not far from Principe Pio, known as the transport hub of Madrid. The location also offers its fair share of greenery, with the sprawling Casa de Campo Park a 16-minute walk away, and Oeste Park a 6-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The living area is fully equipped for entertaining with TV, sofa and dining table.
- The apartment has close proximity to transport and parks.
- There is both heating and AC to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The living area is stylishly decorated with glass coffee table and book shelf.
- There are modern appliances including a washing machine and full-sized refrigerator.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
