A 38 m ² studio apartment is available to rent in Madrid's Tetuán area. This apartment feels more like a 1-bedroom property, as the kitchen and living area are separated from the bedroom. The only reason why this is technically a studio, is because there is a curtain separating the bedroom rather than a wall. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are designed in a comfortable, open-plan layout, and the living room is furnished with a large, L-shaped sofa.
This apartment is situated on Calle Barón del Castillo de Chirel in Tetuán, a diverse neighbourhood located to the north of the city centre. Tetuán is known for its multicultural vibe; here you can sample food from many places, and there are many shops, bars and cafés to choose from too. Tetuán metro is about 7 minutes away - it provides access to Line 1 which will take you straight into the centre.
What we liked the most
- This is technically a studio, but it feels more like a 1-bedroom apartment.
- The interior of the property has plenty of natural light.
- The living room and kitchen are designed in a welcoming open-plan layout. The living area has a massive sofa.
- The bedroom has a small balcony.
- Tetuán metro station is only about 7 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is separated from the hallway by a curtain, rather than a wall.
- There is a possibility of a space in a garage about 3 minutes from the apartment. Speak to the landlord for more information.
