This spacious and bright 30 m² studio, with an equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz, in Madrid's chic Salamanca area. The living room has a comfortable couch and a beautiful glass coffee table where you can relax and watch the flat screen TV, which hangs on the wall. The bed is separated from the rest of the studio by some polished shelving, perfect for storing books and other belongings.

The neighbourhood is upscale and has plenty of high-class dining options and classy boutiques. You will live close to The IE Business School and Parque Eva Perón Duerte and with the metro right by your doorstep connecting with the rest of the city is quick and simple.
