A deluxe, 52 m² duplex studio apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's most popular Malasaña neighbourhood. This spectacular, white-themed studio is the epitome of style, complete with state-of-the-art furniture, glass-work, plants and modern artwork. The property is spread over 2 floors, and even has 2 bathrooms! The lower floor is home to the fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and dining table. The bedroom is on the upper floor, along with the bathroom and office area. This is arguably the best studio we've seen in Madrid.
This apartment is on Calle del Limón in Conde Duque, part of the vibrant Malasaña neighbourhood. Conde Duque is a more discreet side of Malasaña - it has less tourists but is just as cool. You'll also be living within walking distance of Sol, Argüelles and Chueca. Is this the best place to live in Madrid? We sure think so.
What we liked the most
- AC units are installed in the apartment - what a luxury!
- This is the most spectacular studio that we've seen in Madrid. With glass floors, state-of-the-art furniture and modern appliances, it cannot be rivalled.
- As well as being super modern, this property also has antique wooden beams which add a little character.
- The bathtub is built into the floor - we've never seen anything like it!
- The interior is filled with plants, for that little bit of outside, inside.
- There are 2 bathrooms in the studio apartment!
- The kitchen has a convenient dishwasher.
- Bed linen, towels and a weekly cleaning service is provided.
- Not only are you living in Malasaña, but you're near Chueca, Sol and Argüelles!
- You will be living a short walk from not 1, but 4 metro stations!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. At least you can save on a gym membership!
- It will be very difficult to leave this apartment.
