This cozy studio apartment available to rent in Tetuán has an area of 33 m² with a renovated bathroom, walk-though kitchen, and double bed. The apartment's walk-through kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and washing machine; in the bedroom area you will find a large standalone wardrobe. There is elegant wood flooring and the exterior window lets in plenty of natural light.
Tetuán is known for its diversity and for its many options for ethnic food. This is a lively neighborhood, and in addition to the shops and restaurants you also have Parque Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún less than a 15-minute walk away. When you need to get around the city, you can jump on the line 1 metro at the Tetuán metro stop a 7-minute walk away.
The kitchen has experienced some changes since the photographer went to visit the property. It has been renovated and looks red instead of wooden; as well as the heater which is a bit smaller.
What we liked the most
- The wardrobe is big giving you extra storage space – always necessary in a studio.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine.
- The bedroom window lets in fresh air and sunlight.
- There is an extra table that you will be able to use not seen in the photos.
- There is a metro stop and a Mercadona grocery store just a 7-minute walk away.
- The price includes high-speed internet.
Things to keep in mind
- The desk, TV, and microwave shown belonged to the tenant who was living in the property when Spotahome visited. However, the landlady has provided a new microwave and table. There is no TV.
