This 45 m² studio apartment available to rent is located in the residential neighbhorhood of Prosperidad. The studio has a great distribution with the bathroom separate from the main living area. You have a fully equipped walk-through kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. The bedroom area is separated by a shelving divider and comes with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
Prosperidad is very well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro, but you have plenty of shops and tapas bars nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quite spacious and has elegant wood flooring.
- There are 2 built-in wardrobe and plenty of furniture with extra storage space.
- The bathroom has a bathtub with jets – the perfect place to relax.
- Modern amenities include a washing machine and flat-screen TV.
- The studio is a 6-minute walk to the closest metro station.
