This 20 m² studio apartment for rent is truly one-of-a-kind. When you think studio, you think small; but this apartment is a bright space with elegant furniture and distinctly separate living spaces. The modern kitchen corner opens up to the cozy living room, creating a comfortable space to entertain guests! The bedroom and bathroom both have windows and receive a lot of natural light, and the bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a comfortable double bed.
The studio is located north of the city center in the neighborhood of Argüelles. Although known for its student population, it is a very well-located residential neighborhood. Just around the block, you have El Corte Inglés department store and a Starbucks. You also have the Argüelles metro station, which provides access to 3 different metro lines.
What we liked the most
- Walking into the apartment, it feels bright, fresh, and cozy.
- The kitchen has modern appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher!
- There is a good amount of storage space with the bedroom's built-in wardrobe and another storage space in the kitchen.
- The bathroom is a good size, especially for being in a studio, and the shower comes with a waterfall shower head.
- The location is amazing! You have a metro stop right around the corner and a El Corte Ingés.
Things to keep in mind
- The area is a popular student neighborhood, but you are tucked away on a quiet street.
