Suitable for students only, eight bedrooms are available for rent in a spacious 8 bedroom 2 bathroom on Calle de Velázquez in a luxurious area of Salamanca. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk, making this a perfect accommodation for students. The apartment also consists of a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, both featuring bathtubs. You will be located close to IE Business School, as well as Avenida de America metro station and several bus stations, allowing an easy commute to the city centre and other parts of Madrid. The area of the apartment is 180m2.
