Spotahome presents 2 cozy bedrooms for rent in a spacious and elegant 3 bedroom apartment in the Madrid neighborhood of Carabanchel. The landlady currently occupies the 3rd bedroom and is looking to rent the other two to women only, who are postgraduate students or currently working. With an area of 120sqm, this apartment offers a spacious living room area and the convenience of 2 bathrooms to share. The rooms and living room area of the apartment allow for lots of natural light which only complement the beautifully handcrafted stain-glassed doors throughout the apartment. For students it is in a perfect location, near the ESCUNI Centro Universitario de Magisterio campus. Carabanchel is one of Madrid´s most populated district and comes alive with tradition on May 15th, which is the celebration of the city´s patron saint, saint Isidro el Labor.
