Ten rooms are available for rent in a large 240m2 apartment located on Calle San Milan in the neighborhood of La Latina. The exterior apartment is fully furnished and quite spacious. The tenants will have access to 4 shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. To ensure your life is as comfortable as possible, all utilities, including weekly cleaning services, are included in the rent. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. This is an excellent choice for anyone who prefers to live in this vibrant district, full of bars, restaurants and cafes. You will also have easy access to the city centre and the surrounding areas as the metro station is just around the corner.
