Three sunny rooms are available for rent in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, located on Paseon de la Esperanza in Acaias neighborhood, close to La Latina. The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a bright kitchen, a shared bathroom with a shower and a comfortable living room with exterior views of the neighborhood. To help you deal with a hot summer in Madrid, air conditioning units are also available in Bedrooms 1 and 2. The exterior apartment is situated in an area with plenty of greenery and close to metro stations that can easily take you into the city centre. The area of the apartment is 60m2.
