Spotahome is proud to present a colorful student-only apartment, located on Calle Dos Hermanas in the multicultural district of Lavapies. The interior apartment has four cosy bedrooms available for rent - each bedroom is fully furnished, equipped with everything you might need to have a comfortable life as a student in Madrid. The tenants will have access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, however, Bedroom 1 also has its own private bathroom. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a television and a balcony overlooking the street. The area of the apartment is 90m2. You will be located close to El Rastro market, as well as Puerta del Sol. All utilities are included in the rent and the tenants will also receive bed linen upon their arrival.
