Located on Calle Castalia de Vallecas, the flat is a short walk from the must-see Cerro Tío Pío Park, where stunning skyline views of Madrid await. A block away from the flat is the well-connected Portazgo Metro Station, which takes under 20 minutes to arrive at the Plaza del Sol in the center of Madrid. Another block away is a shopping mall and the football stadium for the local first division team, Rayo Vallecano. This 80m2 flat is perfect for tenants desiring an affordable and well-furnished home with a quick and easy commute to the city center.

- Each room is well-furnished with big wardrobes and plenty of space for clothing and other items.
