This apartment, located on Calle Hermanos de Pablo in the quiet neighborhood of Ciudad Lineal, is an excellent choice for those who would prefer to live in a residential area of Madrid. The exterior 56 ² apartment has two cosy rooms available for rent along with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with an access to the balcony. To make your life easier, all utilities, along with bed linen, are included in the rent. You will be located close to a sports complex and plenty of cafes - as the metro station is just a short walk away, you will also benefit from having easy access to the city centre.

What we liked the most
- All utilities are included in the rent - perfect for those on a budget.
- The kitchen is modernly furnished and very sunny due to its excellent balcony access which overlooks the green patio.
- We really like bedroom number 1 - it has a cosy double bed, a large wardrobe and a private balcony with a lovely sofa.
- The bathroom has an access to the shower, equipped with plenty of storage for all your toiletries.
- The living are also has a desk where you can study or do your work and then relax on the comfortable sofa after a long day.
