Tenants of the apartment will share 2 bathrooms, both with showers, and the kitchen complete with 2 sinks, electric stove, and oven. With this central flat as your base, you'll be able to explore everything Madrid has to offer with ease!

- The location of the flat is extremely central; you're right next to Plaza de España and the biggest commercial street of Madrid, Gran Via, is down the street!
- The apartment has 2 bathrooms for 4 people and both have showers, so you will only have to share with one person.
- All rooms are furnished with double beds, allowing tenants to stretch out after a long day.
- Each room has its own TV along with storage space.
- All of the rooms have independent keys for added security.
