Walking into this apartment you immediately notice how spacious and bright it is. Located on Bravo Murillo in the Rios Rosas district, it's closely connected to the city centre and therefore suitable for absolutely anyone who wants to move to Madrid. Alongside five bedrooms, the apartment features a fully furnished kitchen and two bathrooms you will share with the rest of your flatmates.
The apartment is just minutes away from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas, ideal for anyone wishing to perfect their Spanish or any other language. You'll be surrounded by bars, restaurants, stores and plenty of nightlife. A large Carrefour market, where you can do your weekly grocery shopping, is also just a few steps away. What an ideal location!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a lot of space and each room features enough storage for all your belongings - we particularly like the wardrobe and the storage of Bedroom 2.
- The apartment has two bathrooms, equipped with a comfortable bath and a shower - ideal for refreshing in the morning and relaxing after work and classes.
- All rooms offer a lot of light, mainly due to Madrid's amazing weather and the fact that the apartment is located on the 6th floor.
- Every room has a bed that offers extra storage - this is where you can safely store your suitcase getting in the way.
Things to keep in mind
- All windows face the courtyard which means you'll escape the street noise and have a sound sleep during the night.
- Please note that the landlord does not accept couples.
