This is an extremely spacious 9 bedroom apartment, each room with a private bathroom, on Calle Pilar de Zaragoza in the Guindalera/Fuente del Berro area of Madrid. This neighborhood is near the business school and houses the world famous bullring. Guindalera is largely residential, yet it is close to Salamanca, the posh area of Madrid with many wonderful restaurants and plenty of shopping. The apartment is rentable by individual rooms and provides more than enough space and privacy for the occupant. The apartment has a fully equipped and luxurious kitchen, study, living room, patio, and even a meeting/study room complete with a big table, ergonomic chairs, and glass boards! Each bedroom is fully furnished, and each room has a double bed, desk, chair and television. The apartment is an impressive 300 meters squared.
What we liked the most
- Every room is extremely well equipped with private bathrooms, A/C units, TVs, and independent keys! You will have no problem maintaining a balance between privacy and social life here in this flat.
- The kitchen is very modern, with black counter tops. It has an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. You won't need to purchase anything extra because it is perfectly equipped!
- There is a small patio with a table and chairs so you can eat meals outside during the warm weather.
- The entire apartment is furnished very nicely with all matching and modern pieces.
- Every room has a double bed, desk, TV and independent key and 8 of the 9 bedrooms have a bathroom in suite.
- Bedroom 9 is particularly impressive and is more of a studio than a room, with a private kitchen, living room area, and bathroom.
- There is daily cleaning of the common areas (Mon-Sat) and biweekly cleaning of individual rooms included in the rental price.
- The glass-walled meeting room/study room next to the living room is perfect for preparing group projects or cramming for exams!
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom for Bedroom number 1 is located across the hallway instead of inside the room.
- Although 9 people will need to use the washing machines, there are two washing machines and drying racks in a separate laundry room so you won't be bothered by noise from washing clothes.
