This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes on the individual rack inside the apartment. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). WiFi is installed in the property and is activated. Cleaning of the common areas is included in the rent and there is an option to contract a cleaning service for individual rooms for 5€ per cleaning.

Six bedrooms are available for rent in this beautifully decorated 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, with a floor area of 160m2. The recently refurbished apartment is located within an elegant building on Calle Montesa, five minutes from Parque del Retiro and El Corte Ingles department store, and two minutes from Parque Eva Peron. Shared amenities include a living area with a sofa, a dining table and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen where you will find a range of appliances such as a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave and a dishwasher. The tenants will also have access to two shared bathrooms. All bedrooms for rent are fully furnished, to make sure you will be able to enjoy a comfortable life in Madrid - to top it off, all utilities are included in the rent!
What we liked the most
- You will be located in Salamanca - one of most prestigious district in Madrid.
- This beautiful area is full of transportation, so you will have easy access to other areas of Madrid.
- We love the charming furniture in the beautiful living room as it gives the entire apartment a sophisticated look.
- The living room is also very bright due to its big windows - you will be able to catch up to your favorite TV shows and relax on the comfortable sofas.
- The kitchen is fully furnished, with all necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals.
- The kitchen also comes equipped with two refrigerators.
- All utilities are included in the rent, to make sure your life will be as stress free as possible.
Things to keep in mind
- While some of the bedrooms face the street, the others face the interior patio.
- The apartment has two shared bathrooms for six people, however there is an extra half bathroom in the kitchen that contains a sink and toilet.
