Two double rooms and three single rooms are available for rent in a five bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. This neat apartment is located in Ferraz street in the neighborhood of Argüelles, a great area to live in if you are a student due to being within close proximity to the university and also within walking distance to the city center. This apartment enjoys the added benefit of being located a minute away from the beautiful Parque del Oeste, a tranquil and huge park where you can scape from the hustle and bustle from the city and reconnect with nature. This apartment is interior and has a total floor area of 150 m².
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very neat and tidy, having been recently renovated.
- We love the lovely parquet floors, freshly painted walls, modern furniture and the bright duvet covers in every room.
- There are two fully equipped modern bathrooms.
- This apartment is quiet, not receiving much outside noise.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 5 is accessed via the kitchen.
- There is no living area but there is a small table with two chairs in the kitchen where you can eat your meals.
