This apartment has been beautifully renovated and offers a very comfortable living environment, equipped with everything you can need for a memorable stay. It also has the added benefit of being located right in the heart of Madrid, on Conde de Romanones street, next to Puerta del Sol and the Plaza de Jacinto Benavente and within close proximity to the iconic Huertas street and the beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana. This apartment is perfect for movie lovers, with the beautifully renovated art-deco movie theatre Filmoteca Española located only two minutes away, where you can watch classic and festival films at a cheap price.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
