Fully furnished and equipped, this excellent apartment of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom emits a calm and relaxed feel while being immersed in an active part of the city. Located in a commercial district within close proximity to the metro Marques de Vadillo (Line 5), it is nearby to the beautiful flowing Rio de Manzanares and the soccer stadium of Atletico de Madrid, Vincente Calderon. Each bedroom is well lit, stylish, and contains an good amount of closet and storage space. The largest bedroom contains a double sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new accessories.

What we liked the most
- The rooms are all exterior and receive plenty of natural light. The living room in particular is a very nice place in the house, being large and very bright due the great balcony it has overlooing the street.
- The Madrid Rio area is one of the great outdoor spaces of Madrid, on a par with the Retiro. The river is flanked with endless parks, play areas, walkways and sports facilities. Having this park on your doorstep is a real bonus.
Things to keep in mind
- While the flat is very spacious and comfortable, the furniture and appliances are not very updated; for example the washing machine is a top loader.
- This flat is only available to people aged under 28 years old.
