This first floor apartment has everything you could ask for. Large, stylish rooms with double beds, two modern bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/living room, perfect for socializing. This would be a great flat for students of IE business school which is almost next door.
What we liked the most
- The whole flat has been renovated in a very attractive, stylish design.
- The kitchen/ living room is a great area of the flat, with plenty of seating and lots of light. It's perfect for relaxing with housemates and entertaining guests.
- The rooms are large and up to date.

The flat is a 12 minute walk from Avenida de America, which is one of the main transportation hubs of Madrid. There you find access to lines 4, 6, 7 and 9 of the metro, as well as city buses, an airport bus, as well as long distance buses that can take you all over Spain. The flat is also just an 8 minute walk from Ruben Dario metro stop, which has access to the line 5, which offers the quickest route to the heart of the city centre.
